(Translated by Google) Nepalese Thali Set (Vegetarian)

I had this the other day.

It was very delicious. I want to go again.

(Translated by Google) I was craving curry, so I went there for lunch. The parking lot is large, but it's a little tucked away, so it might be difficult to find. The spiciness was mild, making it easy to eat, and I thought the taste was good.

The interior is stylish and would be suitable for private parties.

There are counter seats, so you can easily stop by even if you're alone.

(Translated by Google) The menu was extensive and I had trouble deciding, but I went with the Lunch Set B, choosing keema curry. Both the vegetable curry and the keema curry were delicious. The lassi that came with the set was also nicely not too sweet. I was also pleased that chopsticks were provided as cutlery.

I was surprised to see a large goat in the garden. It was cute.

Google Map

(Translated by Google) I chose this restaurant based on information from Google Maps and visited for the first time, where I had lunch.

I ordered the A Lunch (butter chicken curry) from the lunch menu and requested cheese naan instead of plain naan.

Both the cheese naan and butter chicken curry were delicious, just as I expected, and I would like to come back again.

Incidentally, the A set is ¥950 excluding tax, and changing the plain naan to cheese naan costs an additional ¥400.

The rice portion was a little small though...
I recommend the naan.

(Translated by Google) It's Nepalese curry.
The flavor is amazing!
Curry is universal, and it never disappoints. ☺️
You can choose between naan or rice with the set meal. 🉑

They also offer chili powder to increase the spiciness, but even a little goes a long way, so be careful when using it.

They have a wide variety of set meals and a la carte dishes.
The interior is stylish and spacious.

The parking lot is also spacious, which is helpful.
However, the restaurant is located at the back, so it might be a bit confusing for first-time visitors.

They also offer an all-you-can-drink plan.

The spicy side dishes are varied, making it fun to choose. They offer spiced rice and cumin rice, which are delicious compared to regular rice, so I recommend them.

(Although they are sold separately.)

(Translated by Google) Personally, I prefer Indian curry to Nepalese curry, so it was a little disappointing, but the atmosphere was nice. There are so many great restaurants in Gosen.

(Translated by Google) The restaurant is bright and has a nice atmosphere. Recommended for lunch. It would have been even better if the naan was like the one at Nisan.

They have a wide variety of curries and plenty of seating.

(Translated by Google) For lunch, I had the A set, which included today's vegetable curry and roti.

There aren't many places in Niigata Prefecture where you can eat roti, so I made a drive to visit this restaurant.

The roti had a wonderful whole wheat aroma, a perfect thickness, and a subtle sweetness – it was delicious.

The vegetable curry contained pumpkin and beans, and was flavorful, spicy, and easy to eat.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and I would like to visit again.

(Translated by Google) We came to Yasuda intending to go to a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed. While wondering where to eat, I remembered a curry restaurant that had been featured on the TV program "Marudori UP," so we went there.

It was well past lunchtime, so I was worried they might be closed for their midday break, but the opening hours listed on Google were slightly different, so we were able to eat.

The interior was decorated in white and pastel colors, the kind of decor that would appeal to women.

The set menus seemed like a good deal, so I ordered the pork curry set with naan (as advertised on the wall), and my wife ordered the A set (chicken butter) with naan.

I was also intrigued by the grilled offal advertised on the wall, so we ordered that as well.

The curry spiciness could be chosen from three levels; I chose the mildest, and my wife chose the medium level.

The pork curry had large chunks of pork belly and was very satisfying. Even though it was the mildest curry, the spices were quite strong, and for me, it was a little spicy.

The naan was large, crispy on the outside, and delicious.

The grilled offal I ordered later was delicious, with no unpleasant taste and just the right seasoning.
It helped neutralize the spiciness of the curry in my mouth, and I couldn't stop eating it.
From what I could see, it seems like it becomes a Western-style izakaya (Japanese pub) where you can drink alcohol in the evening.
I'd like to try the grilled offal I had this time as a snack with a drink.

I revisited and had the pork chop set and crispy offal.
The crispy offal had no unpleasant taste and was generously portioned, which I was happy about.

The butter chicken curry and lassi are incredibly delicious and addictive.

I'd like to go back and eat there again when I'm in the area.

BセットもCセットも凄いボリューム👏✨超お腹いっぱい😋ごちそうさまでした😊 (Translated by Google) I visited for lunch on a weekday. It was my first time, so it was a little hard to find. 💦 It was lunchtime, so the restaurant was busy. I ordered keema curry with the B set and butter chicken curry with the C set. I also chose lassi for my drink. I swapped the naan for cheese naan in the C set. The plain naan was quite large. 💦 The cheese naan was heavy and packed with cheese. 🧀 The cheese naan was delicious even without the curry. 😋 It seems to go well with red wine. 🍷 The butter chicken curry was not too spicy and was easy to eat. 🍛 The keema curry was a bit on the strong side for me. The vegetable curry was spicy and delicious. 🍛 The tandoori chicken was boneless, slightly spicy, and very delicious. 😋 The lassi was a little different from the lassi I've had before. It was, I don't know... a little spicy? It was refreshing and not too sweet. I actually prefer this lassi. Both the B and C sets were incredibly filling👏✨ I was totally full😋Thank you for the meal😊

(Translated by Google) I visited for lunch, but this is definitely a restaurant worth visiting at night as well!!

The dinner menu is full of typical Nepalese dishes such as chow mein, sadeko, and momo. I sometimes crave spicy food, so I'm really grateful to be able to drink Indian and Nepalese food in my hometown.

What's even more wonderful is that the bar is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays, so you can drink even after midnight. The bar is open from 10pm, but you can order food until 9pm. Gosen now has more late-night options!

Going back to lunch, I love mutton curry, so I ordered the mutton curry set. The lunch price is about the same as Nepalese restaurants in Tokyo.

I hope that one day I'll be able to eat dal bhat for lunch.

(Translated by Google) I ordered the "B Set" for ¥1,430. I chose "Butter Chicken Curry" and "Lassi" as my drink.

The restaurant isn't visible from the main street near the station; the easiest way to find it is by turning off the road next to Bears, with the ENEOS gas station behind you.

There's plenty of parking space, so parking shouldn't be a problem.

The interior is bright and very clean.

There are many seats, making it suitable for both solo diners and families.

The naan is large and has a wonderful flavor, perhaps due to some kind of topping.

The salad has a rich, cheese-based dressing.

The "Vegetable Curry" seems to be a ratatouille-like dish with plenty of potatoes and zucchini, cooked until very tender.

The "Butter Chicken Curry" has large chunks of chicken, making it quite satisfying.

The spiciness is mild, just enough to make your tongue feel warm; it seems you can adjust the spiciness with chili powder.

The lassi has the consistency of drinking yogurt and is almost sugar-free, with a hint of spice.

In short, while the curry is excellent, the restaurant as a whole is heavily spiced.

(Translated by Google) Hmm, it wasn't that great.

The atmosphere is also nice!

(Translated by Google) I never knew there was a restaurant in Gosen where I could eat authentic curry. It's delicious.

(Translated by Google) I visited for lunch.
I ordered the B set, which included the curry of the day and shrimp curry, and changed the naan to cheese naan.
The curry of the day was delicious, with plenty of vegetables and a good balance of spices.
The shrimp curry had a strong shrimp flavor in the sauce and a slightly milder taste.
I ate it with the cheese naan.
It was absolutely delicious, with plenty of cheese and a good balance of spices!
The lassi I had was also refreshing and full of spices; I could have drunk several cups!
The staff were friendly and chatted with me, and I even received a dessert as an opening service!
I'll definitely come back for dinner next time!

(Translated by Google) The location is a little hard to find, but it's easy to enter if you go in from the side of Tanaka Acupuncture Clinic.

I thought the curry portion might be small, but it was just the right amount.

There's no spice level chart, so you can tell them how spicy you want it when you order and they'll adjust it for you.

The naan is slightly sweet.

The cheese naan has a nice kick of spice and is highly recommended.

The curry was also delicious and easy to eat.

(Translated by Google) I visited this restaurant, which opened in late July. The restaurant is very clean, and the aroma of spices wafts through the air the moment you enter.

I ordered the keema curry set with tandoori chicken leg. The salad, served with papadum, was a nice touch. Next came the curry set. The naan was large and had a slightly sweet flavor, which I personally liked. The curry had a strong tomato flavor with a hint of spiciness. The finely shredded ginger added a nice accent.

I wonder what their evening service is like? Maybe I'll try the mutton next time? I definitely want to visit again! 🤤

I've visited so many times now! Today I had the new menu item, Nepalese pork curry. Following the famous papadum salad (which is also delicious), the curry arrived. The well-seasoned, juicy pork was truly delicious! I might end up ordering this every day! (lol) I'll definitely be back!
